What does the Soviet ghost town located near the USA look like now

When the United States entered the Cold War with the Soviet Union in the early 50s of the last century, the Soviets were not at a loss and quickly set up their place near the enemy. The city based on Chukotka, 500 km from America, became the site of the deployment of nuclear weapons, all of whose power, in which case, should have fallen on California.

The population of the city was 5 thousand people. These people lived at a decent distance from most of the population of the USSR and were just as far from the usual everyday life of the average Soviet citizens.
