9 amazing photos of the views from New York's finest apartments

When it comes to buying a property, location is one of the main pricing factors. But if you decide to buy an apartment in one of the most famous and beautiful megalopolises of the world - New York, you will have to pay a tidy sum for another unique and, in our opinion, priceless pleasure - view from the window.

In Manhattan, for example, Central Park is the most desirable and expensive view. Apartments overlooking this legendary place rise in price by an average of 39.9%.

Mike Tauber has been studying views from New York apartments for 15 years as a photographer for the interiors and architecture of the Big Apple. He photographed tens of thousands of houses and breathtaking panoramas opening from their windows. And recently I collected them in a book called Vista Manhattan: Views of New York City's Most Beautiful Residences.

We present to you the 9 most stunning panoramas shot by Tauber from New York penthouses.

View of the city center from the penthouse on Madison Avenue.

One of Tauber’s favorite views opens from a $ 57 million penthouse.

Tauber photographs luxury apartments. This penthouse was sold in 2016 for $ 4.36 million.

And the apartment with this view from the window went to the new owner for $ 20.75 million.

Another welcome sight, but usually less expensive, is New York Harbor.

The Broadway area with views of the Lincoln Center is also expensive. Currently, penthouse prices here average $ 10.6 million.

About $ 4.49 million will have to be paid for a view of the Empire State Building.

In 2011, Mike Tauber started sharing some archived photos online and realized how many amazing shots he took over the years. So the idea came up to release a book with the most incredible of them. The book was released in 2016.
