10 best photos of children who shocked the world and won the National Geographic contest

The other day, National Geographic announced the winners of its annual international photo contest for children. Only very young photographers aged 6 to 14 years can take part in it. And if you expect to see amateur pictures of trees, flowers and houses here, then the following frames will shock you! The authors of these photos are truly gifted, and their work deserves to become the covers of magazines. The unique, calm purity that so distinguishes them from the photos taken by mature people is especially striking in these children's shots.

By the way, Davy Baggerman from the Netherlands, who won the main prize, is already going to Washington to visit the headquarters of National Geographic. Below is his work, as well as photographs of other winners in different categories.
