The incredible battle of a hippopotamus with a crocodile due to wildebeest

Neil Goods, a 60-year-old resident of Australia, during his safari in South Africa was in the center of incredibly epic events unfolding in the animal world. He shot an exciting battle between a crocodile and a hippopotamus caused by a wildebeest. It all started with the fact that the antelope, along with her cub, went to the river to drink water. Suddenly, at that very moment, a crocodile attacked an adult ungulate.

Their deadly battle lasted about an hour. And at some point, the hippopotamus who came to the rescue still managed to repel the ungulate, but in the end, as the photographer says, the antelope was still a victim of a predatory reptile.
