Unique Chefs Baros Maldives Receive Awards

In the capital of Maldives, Male, an international culinary competition was held, in which more than 450 chefs from 14 nationalities of 50 different resorts participated. The competition was evaluated not only by Maldivian judges, but also by gourmets from Switzerland, the Philippines, Germany, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Australia, India and South Africa.

And the Baros resort is proud of its honestly won 22 medals. Participants were evaluated in 18 categories, in 10 of which Baros received gold medals, 4 silver and 14 bronze. And also the first place in Hot Cooking - lamb, fish, bread and pastries. Baros Resort has been one of the most awarded in the Maldives.

The culinary competition inspires young and novice chefs to continue their passionate career further, competing with other qualified chefs.
