The photographer has re-shot street portraits of people whom he already photographed 25 years ago

Daniel Meadows calls himself a documentary photographer. With his amazing work, he made an invaluable contribution to this type of creativity. In addition to a great influence on contemporary photography as a whole, his work played a crucial role in a wider area - British society. A special talent of this person is the ability to inimitably remove the extraordinary aspects of ordinary life.

In the 70s, Meadows founded Free Photographic Omnibus, a project in which he photographed random passers-by on the streets throughout the UK. After a quarter of a century, this photo journey continued and presented us with the same shooting heroes, but in a new look. These photos are much more than just the aging process and the transience of time. They reflect changes in society, document the transformation of the UK. They are considered one of the pearls in the treasury of British documentary journalism and deserve the closest attention.
